Jet lag

Always seems to be worse heading home from America rather than heading out to America. This may well be perception rather than reality, as on the way out, the lag impact is significantly softened by the simple pleasures of being on holiday, whereas the return involves having to go back to work!

Still, strangely today seems to have been worse than yesterday. After a sleepless night, working from home seemed to be a sensible approach to the day - and I probably ended up getting more done here than I would have done in the office anyway.

Hopefully tonight will be better, as I really do need to make my way round the M25 in the morning.
