Quarr

One for Mum and Dad today: looking through the Sunday Times property section this afternoon, I noticed a house for sale in Ryde - this one to be precise. There was only one picture in the paper, and having seen the rest of the pictures on Rightmove, I wasn't all that impressed - albeit the pool is rather good.

However, this did inspire me to look at the IOW property market (top end obviously in a bit more detail, and a couple of things that I thought that you might want to have a look at:

- firstly, Arreton Manor is for sale; and

- secondly, the most expensive house for sale on the Island at the moment (at least of the ones listed on Rightmove), and which is really rather special, looks like it is pretty much next door to Boulders Leigh on Quarr Lane. It is clearly pretty new, and the map view basically takes you to the end of the Boulders Leigh drive, and there is no sign of the new house yet on the satellite images.
