Don't often dwell on global news stories on this blog, tend to enjoy focusing on matters much closer to home, but difficult not to mention the main news of the day. The truly awful news about the Malaysian Airlines flight on its way to KL coming down in Ukraine is hard to understand at this stage, and if it does end up being confirmed that it was shot down, well I'm not quite sure what the consequences will be. And on top of that, Israel have obviously got bored with sending rockets into Gaza and are sending the tanks in now.
Sad day all round.
