Worked from home today, in order to fit in an appointment with the doctor.
I went with a list, prepared for me by Nicky, and was able to tick off each item to her satisfaction.
I have some new tablets to try to help with my headaches.
Amitriptyline.
Apparently in higher doses it is used as an anti-depressant, but in the much lower dose that I'm having they hopefully will do a good job of keeping my tension head at bay.
One to be taken just before bed.
So that's what I'm going to do now.
